Simulators

Simulators are useful for learning in two ways:

you can explore the behavior of a system, recognize patterns and formulate hypotheses, and
you can test your hypotheses.

The following list of simulators have been developed to help learning aspects of system dynamics.

SellPhone

Sellphone is a byproduct of the textbook “Growth Dynamics in New Markets“. It places you in the role of the country manager of a telecom company called “NewTel”, and his responsibility is to maximize accumulated profits in the local market of Plutonia. There is a contender – RivTel. Both companies’ managers can adjust diverse decision variables to achieve their objective.
